Newspaper advertisement production

At first we needed to find someone that would be the right image for our newspaper advert. We then realised that there was a teacher that had the right image as he was eager and his facial features would make him look like the type of guy to resemble greed. We bought sandwich babs and brought money notes in so that we could put them inside and show that we wanted him to show he was greedy and needed it all. We arranged a date and got our equipment and went into a room where we took photos from all different angles and positions to make sure we got the perfect shot. These are the photos we took.

After we done this we looked for the best one that we would use. Once we done this we needed to then edit it on Photoshop. Using the tools we got rid of the background so it would just be a white background so we could work on it. This is what it then looked like.
Next we googled the Channel 4 logo and added it to our product. Then we decided to have a black background so again using the tools we used the colour picker and made the whole blackground black. As the logo was also black it could not be seen so we also had to change the colour of that to white to stand out.

We used the special effects to put a glow on the image so that it would stand out and it wasnt just a black background. It put a shine on it. We then added the text to the bottom and top. We wrote the text in black and did white rectangles around it to make it stand out more.

After we added the text the newspaper advert was completed.
